Chakra is "Qi" – The Flow of Power

Every person has seven chakras, each representing a different aspect of energy and well-being. Let’s explore what each chakra stands for:

🔴 Root Chakra (Red) – Represents vitality and stability. Located at the base of the spine.

🟠 Sacral Chakra (Orange) – Governs partnership, creativity, and emotions. Located in the lower abdomen, just below the navel.

🟡 Solar Plexus Chakra (Yellow) – Symbolizes willpower, confidence, and personal strength. Located in the upper abdomen.

💚 Heart Chakra (Green) – Represents self-love, altruism, kindness, and respect. Located in the center of the chest.

🔵 Throat Chakra (Light Blue) – Associated with communication and self-expression. Located at the throat.

🟣 Third Eye Chakra (Indigo Blue) – Enhances intuition and insight, allowing us to see both inner and outer worlds. Located between the eyebrows.

⚪ Crown Chakra (Violet) – Connects us to the universe, higher consciousness, and spiritual enlightenment. Located at the top of the head.

Chakra is a famous word in Naruto. Unlike the meanings used in Naruto, it is said that people have seven chakras from the hips to the top of the head in order.

I took Reiki classes after I knew about chakras. I put hands to each chakra in the morning and night.
